Mrs. Rivas has over 13 years experience as a licensed clinical social worker who has a multi-lingual and multi-cultural background. She's worked with a variety of populations, including LGBTQ+ people, substance users, as well as survivors of violence from intimate partners. She has been working with Ms. Rivas serves Erie Patients since 2019. The clinic now offers telehealth health services. Mrs. Rivas has worked with pre and afterpartum women over a few decades. Her expertise is in trauma-informed adult EMDR. She also offers both groups and individual counseling, medication assisted treatment and referrals for specialist care and Women's Support groups. Amanda volunteers for Best Friends Animal Society. Her aim is to find permanent homes for homeless animals. Best Friends' motto, "Save Them All", is a cause she strongly believes in. Amanda would like Los Angeles to become a no-kill city. Amanda is someone who strives to make the most of her day. She strives to reach the goals she sets, and achieves by pushing her limits.
